Performance Evaluation

Various Student Career Related Learning Standards Performance Evaluations are employed to test the eligibility of candidate for the college and a detailed analysis is provided to parents/students including a list of suitable options.

 Here is a sample form from one of the various forms provided to students to exercise upon with help of school staff. This is just a sample and is not used in practice.

 Rate every answer in a scale of 4.

 Personal Management:

Standard: Demonstrates appropriate workplace behaviors.

1.  Maintained regular attendance, and arrived on time.

2.  Interacted effectively with students.

3.  Completed assigned tasks.

Problem Solving:Standard: Applies decision - making and problem-solving techniques in workplace situations.

1.  Recognized that workplace challenges exist within

school, i.e., due dates, timelines, etc.

2.  Problem-solved to reach a solution to a work related problem.

Teamwork:

Standard: Demonstrates effective teamwork.

1.  Recognized that teamwork plays an important part in the

work environment.

2.  Recognized that achievement is accomplished through

teamwork.

3.  Interacted courteously and cooperatively with others.

Communication:

Standard: Applies principles and skills of effective communication to give and receive information (listening, reading, speaking, writing and using media).

1.  Listened actively and asked for clarification when necessary.

2.  Communicated clearly and accurately when necessary.

Employment Foundations:

Standard: Demonstrates academic, technical and organizational knowledge and skills required for successful employment.

1.  Examined how work flows through the school.

2.  Identified component parts or departments within the

school.

3.  Followed workplace directions appropriately.

4.  Complied with confidentiality and other ethical practices.

5.  Understood how technology was used to accomplish

specific tasks.

6. Understood the relationship between school academics and

workplace knowledge and skills.

Career Development:

Standard: Assesses characteristics related to educational and career goals.

1.  Identified the education, training and work experience needed

in this career field.

2.  Was able to ask how skills developed in school relate to future

education, training and employment (e.g., team work).

3.  Demonstrated an interest in this career field.
